1. Take excercise regularly to keep leg muscles toned & blood circulating.
2. Simple exercise like walking swimming cycling & sitting on a chair also help.
3. Bring weight under control.
4. Quite smoking contributes to elevated blood pressure that can aggrevate varicosa veins.
5. Always wear support stocking.
6. Put your feet up few inches above the heart level to let gravity drain pooled blood from legs.
7. While sitting or resting for a long periods of time, elevate your legs
.8. Sleep without pillow support to the head raise the feet by putting pillow or some other object under the feet.
9. Drink plenty of water.
10. Your diet should be low is fat, sugar & salt.
11. Take amalki & other citrus fruits in good amount daily.
12. Take one egg daily, a glassful of milk, meat, legumer & other protein rich food for building up the tissues.
13. Take daily onion, garlic, pineapple is your diet.
14. Take a mixture of carrot & spinach juice daily, this will solve the vitamin deficiencises in the leg.
15. Eat leafy vegetables in your diet..
16. Take arjuna kwath & guggul to improve blood circulation & reduce inflammation.
17. Take bhrami with jasad bhasm & also take chandra prabha vati, nagarjunarna rasa & punanarnaradi guggulu after adviceaf doctor.
18. Daily local application of prasarani taila, chandrabala taila but care be taken. Never to massage any oil directly on the varicose vein, as it would increases pressure on them.
19. Apply a mud pack on the leg in the height and wash it off in the morning.
